This interactive session will outline the key aspects of Positive
Psychology, which is the science of well-being.
We will learn to keep our “Reservoirs of Well-Being” topped up to help us to thrive in our personal and professional lives.
Fiona will also share ideas from Positive Psychology on promoting well-being in schools and provide an outline of the Weaving Well-Being programme for primary schools
