Would you like to contribute to a shared understanding of wellbeing in primary schools/special schools?  Would you like to learn new strategies for promoting wellbeing in your school?  If yes, this is the CPD for you! It will involve three workshops, the first one using the voice of the teacher to dictate what is needed in terms of research on wellbeing, the second  workshop will present strategies and personal action plans, the third workshop will focus on the practical outcomes of the action plan in individual schools.

Dr. Margaret Nohilly  lectures in the area of policy and SPHE in Mary Immaculate College and worked for many years as a SPHE advisor through PDST.  Dr. Fionnuala Tynan lectures in educational methodology, special and inclusive education. She worked as a schools inspector with responsibility for special education.
