PDST Comhar Programme
Please see below information regarding the PDST COMHAR programme for the coming year.
Comhar is a professional development programme for Assistant Principals I and Assistant Principals II in both primary and post-primary schools.
The purpose of the ‘Comhar’ programme is to develop the leadership skills of Assistant Principals to enhance their efficacy so they can effectively occupy positions of strategic importance in their schools.
The PDST Leadership team intend to provide this programme during Term One and Term Two of this year.
Three sessions will take place before Christmas and a further four sessions will take place after Xmas. Each session will begin at 4.30p.m. and finish at 6.00p.m.
Each Education Centre will be provided with 36 places on the programme, 18 for primary and 18 for post primary.

The sessions before Christmas will take place online and we will examine the potential for face to face engagements for the sessions after Christmas.
