PDST: Online Mental Health Evening workshops

The PDST Health and Wellbeing Team are delighted to offer our Mental Health evening workshop. This event will take place online and is suitable for all SPHE teachers.

This workshop offers an overview of Mental Health which is a core strand within the Short Course Specification at junior cycle, The aims of the workshop is to clarify the role of the SPHE teacher in the SPHE classroom as well as signpost resources, referral channels and additional supports to build teachers’ confidence in this area. Additionally it provides an opportunity to explore the learning outcomes specific to the short course specification.
