Series of Language Development Webinars for Special Education Teachers and Teachers from Junior Infants to Second Class

Language is at the centre of the learning process and central to the curriculum. This Webinar Series aims to demonstrate how language underpins all areas of the curriculum. Teachers will be provided with knowledge related to speech, language (both oral and written) and communication skills. We also aim to provide strategies to support a teacher’s own individual teaching and learning practice in relation to children with different speech, language and communication abilities.Each webinar in the series is linked and knowledge and strategies will be used, shared and discussed between fortnightly sessions.
